Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the anyWok website (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
anyWok is currently in pre-launch. Features described on the Site may change before public release.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and join the waitlist. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Interfere with the security or performance of the Site
- Scrape, copy, or misuse Site content without permission
- Submit false or misleading information through forms
Waitlist and pre-launch
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, priority, or any specific launch date.
We may change, delay, or cancel features described on the Site without notice.
Communications you receive after joining the waitlist are for product updates and launch information.
Future accounts and marketplace
When the anyWok marketplace launches, additional terms may apply to hiring, payments, disputes, and user accounts. We will notify users when those terms become effective.
Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by anyWok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, anyWok and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Our total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Nigerian Naira (NGN 100) if no payment was made.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless anyWok from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
